What we intend to show the People of the United States is how the principles of the Declaration of Independence can be enforced and where and how the 1787 Constitution of the United States provides a private Remedy by the supreme judicial Power of the United States in which the framers of that Constitution described Article III as being vested in:

one supreme Court

We intend to show you where that Court is, its jurisdictions, that its supreme judicial Power is superior to all inferior Courts created by an Act of Congress, that it is recognized in the federal statutes and that its judgments and decisions are final both as to Law and Fact, becoming a supreme Part of the supreme Law of the Land in which the President of the United States of America is required to take Care that the Law be faithfully executed, all within the scope of insuring domestic Tranquility in such a form most likely to affect your Safety and Happiness.
