God’s Desire Has Always Been to Reign Over His People.

But Man Said, “Give us a king to judge us.”

From the time of Adam until the days of Samuel, God reigned over his people directly. We have no authority over anything unless we are under Authority, as all authority comes from our Creator.

I Samuel, Chapter 8

1 “AND it came to pass, when Samuel was old, that he made his sons judges over Israel.

2 Now the name of his first-born was Joel; and the name of his second, Abiah: they were judges in Beer-sheba.

3 And his sons walked not in his ways, but turned aside after lucre, and took bribes, and perverted judgment.

4 Then all the elders of Israel gathered themselves together, and came to Samuel unto Ramah,

5 And said unto him, Behold, thou art old, and thy sons walk not in thy ways: now make us a king to judge us like all the nations.

6 But the thing displeased Samuel, when they said; Give us a king to judge us. And Samuel prayed unto the LORD.

7 And the LORD said unto Samuel, Hearken unto the voice of the people in all that they say unto thee: for they have not rejected thee, but they have rejected me, that I should not reign over them.

8 According to all the works which they have done since the day that I brought them up out of Egypt even unto this day, wherewith they have forsaken me, and served other gods, so do they also unto thee.

9 Now therefore hearken unto their voice: howbeit yet protest solemnly unto them, and show them the manner of the king that shall reign over them.

10 And Samuel told all the words of the LORD unto the people that asked of him a king.

11 And he said, This will be the manner of the king that shall reign over you: He will take your sons, and appoint them for himself, for his chariots, and to be his horsemen; and some shall run before his chariots.

12 And he will appoint him captains over thousands, and captains over fifties; and will set them to ear his ground, and to reap his harvest, and to make his instruments of war, and instruments of his chariots.

13 And he will take your daughters to be confectionaries, and to be cooks, and to be bakers.

14 And he will take your fields, and your vineyards, and your oliveyards, even the best of them, and give them to his servants.

15 And he will take the tenth of your seed, and of your vineyards, and give to his officers, and to his servants.

16 And he will take your menservants, and your maidservants, and your goodliest young men, and your asses, and put them to his work.

17 He will take the tenth of your sheep: and ye shall be his servants.

18 And ye shall cry out in that day because of your king which ye shall have chosen you; and the LORD will not hear you in that day.

19 Nevertheless the people refused to obey the voice of Samuel; and they said, Nay; but we will have a king over us;

20 That we also may be like all the nations; and that our king may judge us, and go out before us, and fight our battles.

21 And Samuel heard all the words of the people, and he rehearsed them in the ears of the LORD

22 And the LORD said to Samuel, Hearken unto their voice, and make them a king. And Samuel said unto the men of Israel, Go ye every man unto his city.”

I Kings 8: 25

“Therefore now, LORD God of Israel, keep with thy servant David my father that thou promisedst him, saying, There shall not fail thee a man in my sight to sit on the throne of Israel; so that thy children take heed to their way, that they walk before me as thou hast walked before me.”

II Chronicles 7:14

“If my people, which are called by my name, shall humble themselves, and pray, and seek my face, and turn from their wicked ways; then will I hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin, and will heal their land.”

It is believed, and has been declared that our country was built upon Biblical Principles and is a Christian Nation. Could it be that those early Christians, who were the founders of our country, humbled themselves, prayed, sought His face, repented, and turned from their wicked ways; therefore YHVH heard from heaven, forgave their sin, and healed their land? YHVH has always saved a Remnant and I believe that He reigns over those who receive Jesus Christ as their Lord and Saviour and that He has provided for them, a way out of the man-king’s wicked government through self government and the one supreme Court, as authorized by the United States Constitution in Article III Section 1.

Since the time of I Samuel, when God’s people demanded to have a king to judge them like all the nations, the man-king throne has never been vacant even to this very day according to God’s Promise found in II Samuel 7:12-17 “And when thy days be fulfilled, and thou shalt sleep with thy fathers, I will set up thy seed after thee, which shall proceed out of thy bowels, and I will establish his kingdom. He shall build an house for my name, and I will stablish the throne of his kingdom for ever. I will be his father, and he shall be my son. If he commit iniquity, I will chasten him with the rod of men, and with the stripes of the children of men: But my mercy shall not depart away from him, as I took it from Saul, whom I put away before thee. And thine house and thy kingdom shall be established for ever before thee: thy throne shall be established for ever. According to all these words, and according to all this vision, so did Nathan speak unto David.”

Following the Declaration of Independence, our government was eventually established in which man could once again govern himself under the Rule of (God’s) Law, rather than to have a man-king to judge him. For those who still wanted a man-king (President/man’s political government named the United States of America), the United States Constitution provides for their right to associate and be subject to a representative form of government through representatives by choice. For the private Individual who chooses only his Creator God to reign over him, the United States Constitution also provides for him the right to choose to self govern under God’s Law pursuant to Article 3, Section 1, “The judicial Power of the United States, shall be vested in one supreme Court and such inferior Courts as the Congress may from time to time ordain and establish.” See information listed on the Index regarding Our one supreme Court.

The Christian sovereign under God has the Holy Comforter placed in his heart. He has a conscience toward God and knows right from wrong according to God’s Law. He knows that through the atoning blood of Yeshua, YHVH has heard his prayers, forgiven his sins, and is healing his land, as he turns back to the old paths as instructed in Jeremiah 6:16-19 “Thus saith the LORD, Stand ye in the ways, and see, and ask for the old paths, where is the good way, and walk therein, and ye shall find rest for your souls. But they said, We will not walk therein. Also I set watchmen over you, saying, Hearken to the sound of the trumpet. But they said, We will not hearken. Therefore, hear, ye nations, and know, O congregation, what is among them. Hear O earth: behold, I will bring evil upon this people, even the fruit of their thoughts, because they have not hearkened unto my words, nor to my law, but rejected it.”

In his private sovereign capacity, the Individual has the Authority and Power provided through the United States Constitution to convene his one supreme Court when necessary and all Congressionally created courts are inferior to his one supreme Court at Article III Section 1.

This information regarding our one supreme Court has been available for us since 1789, when the Constitution was ratified and adopted, but few were given eyes to see until now. Even now, not all will see or understand. We hope and pray you understand the consequences of turning your back on YHVH and choosing a man-king in His stead.

Ezekiel 33:1-11

1 AGAIN THE word of the LORD came unto me, saying,

2 Son of man, speak to the children of thy people, and say unto them, When I bring the sword upon a land, if the people of the land take a man of their coasts, and set him for their watchman:

3 If when he seeth the sword come upon the land, he blow the trumpet, and warn the people;

4 Then whosoever heareth the sound of the trumpet, and taketh not warning; if the sword come, and take him away, his blood shall be upon his own head.

5 He heard the sound of the trumpet, and took not warning; his blood shall be upon him. But he that taketh warning shall deliver his soul.\

6 But if the watchman see the sword come, and blow not the trumpet, and the people be not warned; if the sword come, and take any person from among them, he is taken away in his iniquity; but his blood will I require at the watchman’s hand.

7 So thou, O son of man, I have set thee a watchman unto the house of Israel; therefore thou shalt hear the word at my mouth, and warn them from me.

8 When I say unto the wicked, O wicked man, thou shalt surely die; if thou dost not speak to warn the wicked from his way, that wicked man shall die in his iniquity; but his blood will I require at thine hand. 9 Nevertheless, if thou warn the wicked of his way to turn from it; if he do not turn from his way, he shall die in his iniquity; but thou hast delivered thy soul.

10 Therefore, O thou son of man, speak unto the house of Israel; Thus ye speak, saying, If our transgressions and our sins be upon us, and we pine away in them, how should we then live?

11 Say unto them, As I live, saith the Lord GOD, I have no pleasure in the death of the wicked; but that the wicked turn from his way and live: turn ye, turn ye from your evil ways; for why will ye die, O house of Israel?
