The sovereign people created the Constitution to benefit themselves, which expresses no loss of distinct and Individual existence, that governments are instituted among men deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed. Therefore, it may be truly said that Our Union is composed of indestructible States, and in order for the States to be indestructible, they must be composed of Individual private People remaining totally sovereign, or Our more perfect perpetual Union cannot continue to exist to benefit all the People in that particular State. Individual private People are those who are endowed by their Creator God with certain un-a-lien-able/un-alien-able rights; among them life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness and who bring forth their Superior indestructible sovereign Powers as provided and set out in the Constitution of the United States. The private Individual loses his supreme Powers by consenting to be governed by representative government. The government of the United States of America is one of delegated powers and if a Power is not delegated, then it does not exist to government. However, if the private Individual especially delegates his sovereign Powers to representative government, then the government not only has the powers delegated to it by the Constitution, but also the Powers of sovereignty which were vested in the private Individual. |
